By requesting or accepting services from SGHG Cleaning LLC (“SGHG Cleaning,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy and Safety Standards. These Terms apply to all service agreements, quotations, and site visits.

SGHG Cleaning LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company providing commercial and residential cleaning, janitorial, and maintenance services. SGHG Cleaning operates as an independently insured entity with general liability coverage through State National Insurance Company, Inc. and is registered under EIN 39-4471273.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Commercial and office cleaning
   
• Post-construction cleanup
   
• Floor care and maintenance
   
• Window cleaning
   
• Residential or short-term rental cleaning
   
• Routine janitorial contracts and special requests
   

All services are performed according to client specifications detailed in the written Service Agreement or estimate.

Clients must provide building access during scheduled service hours. Missed or delayed access may result in rescheduling or additional charges. SGHG Cleaning reserves the right to modify service times due to weather, emergencies, or staffing needs, with reasonable notice to the client.

• Rates are quoted based on the agreed scope of work and property condition.
   
• Invoices are due upon receipt, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
   
• Late payments over 15 days may incur a 5% late fee per month.
   
• Payments may be made via check, ACH, or online invoice link.
   

Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellations or denied access are subject to a 50% service fee. SGHG Cleaning may reschedule or cancel services in emergencies without liability.

SGHG Cleaning maintains $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate General Liability coverage under Policy No. NXTVHPH4DY-00-GL issued by State National Insurance Company, Inc. (effective 09/22/2025–09/22/2026).
SGHG Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or client-provided equipment malfunctions.

All SGHG Cleaning employees and subcontractors follow OSHA and South Carolina labor safety standards. Cleaning products and chemicals used are EPA-approved. Clients must notify SGHG Cleaning of any known hazards on site.

Clients agree to:

• Maintain a safe working environment.
   
• Secure valuable or confidential property before cleaning.
   
• Provide accurate contact information and access instructions.
   

Client Reporting Requirement:
Clients must inspect the serviced premises upon completion of each cleaning session. Any concerns, discrepancies, or damage claims must be reported to SGHG Cleaning LLC within 24 hours of service completion via email at manager@sghgcleaning.com or through the approved digital service form.
Reports received after this period may not be eligible for correction or insurance review.
All reports are logged under the SGHG Cleaning Risk Management and Continuous Improvement Policy for quality-assurance purposes.
SGHG Cleaning utilizes a digital verification system (QR code or online form) for clients to confirm completion and submit feedback to maintain compliance with our safety and quality standards.

Claims must be reported following the procedure outlined in Section 9. Verified claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or applicable insurance coverage. SGHG Cleaning is not responsible for claims reported beyond the 24-hour notification window unless otherwise required by law.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 7 days’ written notice. Outstanding invoices must be paid in full prior to termination.

SGHG Cleaning maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, building security details, and proprietary materials encountered during service.

SGHG Cleaning LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer–employee or partnership relationship between the client and SGHG Cleaning.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

SGHG Cleaning may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon posting.
