Positions We Hire For

Current Roles at SGHG Cleaning LLC

  • Cleaner I (Entry Level)
    Evening and night cleaning shifts for offices and facilities. Duties include trash removal, dusting, restroom cleaning, and basic floor care.
     
  • Cleaner II (Experienced)
    For applicants with prior commercial cleaning experience. Includes additional responsibilities such as using floor equipment, training new staff, and assisting with quality checks.
     
  • Lead Tech / Site Supervisor
    Oversees a small team at a specific client location, ensures checklists are completed, and communicates with management about supplies, safety concerns, and quality issues.
     
  • Specialty Floor Technician (As Needed)
    Performs strip and wax, buffing, auto-scrubber operation, and other specialty services.

  • Reliable transportation to reach client locations on time
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks 
  • Willingness to work evenings, nights, or weekends, depending on the contract
  • Professional behavior on client property at all times 
  • Respect for client confidentiality and security
  • Agreement to follow all SGHG safety and cleaning procedures

SGHG Cleaning LLC operates on a monthly payroll schedule. Team members are paid once per month on the designated pay date.

  • Pay is issued by direct deposit only. We do not pay in cash.
     
  • All employees are required to provide accurate banking information so that payroll can be processed on time.
     
  • Timesheets or hours must be submitted by the r

*Due to the nature of our contracts, we may keep qualified applications on file for future openings even if we are not hiring immediately.

FAQ Section

  • Q: Do I need previous cleaning experience?
    A: Experience is helpful but not always required. We provide training for entry-level roles if you are dependable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions.
     
  • Q: What kind of hours are available?
    A: Most of our work is evenings and nights after client business hours, with some weekend shifts. Occasionally we have day-time projects.
     
  • Q: Do you hire part-time?
    A: Yes. Many of our positions are part-time to start, with the opportunity to increase hours as we grow.
     
  • Q: Do you pay in cash or daily?
    A: No. SGHG Cleaning LLC pays monthly by direct deposit only.
     
  • Q: Do you require background checks?
    A: Yes. Depending on the client account, background checks may be required and are part of our standard process.
